Second show on sale now for Gotye: An Animated Album

Sydney Opera House today announced a second concert for Gotye: An Animated Album preview on Sunday 21 August as part of Graphic Festival. Tickets for the show are on sale now.
The first concert on Saturday 20 August is completely sold out.
Gotye: An Animated Album preview will be the first performance of Gotye’s yet to be released 3rd album Making Mirrors (out August 19 via eleven: a music company), performed by a new 10-piece mini orchestra and Sydney Opera House has commissioned some of Australia’s most talented animators to bring the album to life. Animators includes the likes of the likes of Rubber House, Lucinda Schreiber, Mechanical Apple and PictureDRIFT.
This is a unique opportunity to experience the first performance of Gotye’s much anticipated album set to original in-sync animationrs in the grand surrounds of the Concert Hall at Sydney Opera House.
Gotye: An Animated Album preview is part of the second annual GRAPHIC festival, a weekend of graphic storytelling, animation and music at Sydney Opera House on August 20 and 21. The program includes include the first Australian appearance of seminal underground comic artist, Robert Crumb in conversation with his friend and publisher, Gary Groth of Fantagraphics; the Australian premiere of cult anime Tekkon Kinkreet with live music by PLAID (WARP) and Silent Comics featuring Seekae, Gotye, PLAID, FourPLay and more.
