In accordance with the Protected Disclosures Act 1994 (PD Act), Sydney Opera House is committed to ensuring staff who disclose information about corrupt conduct, maladministration and serious and substantial waste are able to do so without fear of personal loss of harassment.
Sydney Opera House has a policy and procedure in place to manage any disclosures in accordance with the PD Act.
