In accordance with the Public Disclosures Act 1994 (PID Act), Sydney Opera House is committed to ensuring staff who disclose information about corrupt conduct, maladministration, serious and substantial waste or contravention of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 are able to do so without fear of personal loss or harassment.
Sydney Opera House has a policy and procedure in place to manage any disclosures in accordance with the PID Act.
