Open Day ‘Refer a Friend’ Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
2. This promotion is not open to Employees and their immediate families of Sydney Opera House, associated agencies of this promotion and companies associated with this promotion.
3. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants, being individuals who are permanent residents of Australia.
4. Competition commencement date is 28/09/2011. To be eligible, entries must be received by close of business 16/10/2011.
5. At the conclusion of the competition date all data collated from successful entries into the competition will be collated and a winner will be randomly chosen. The person drawn will win the Prize listed in point 7.
6. The Marketing Specialist at Sydney Opera House will draw the winner on 19/10/2011 (EST). The draw will take place at Level 3, Customs House, Alfred Street Circular Quay, NSW, Australia. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone and/ or published on the Sydney Opera House website www.sydneyoperahouse.com.
7. The first valid entry (and meeting the eligibility criteria) drawn will win (“the Winner”): (a) 1 x Platinum Showplus Package for 4, valued at $792; (b) 4 x tickets to Angelina Ballerina’s Big Audition, valued at $196; (c) 1 x Sydney Opera House Membership, valued at $110; (d) 1 x Sony Tablet S 16GB, valued at $579 (Together, “the Prize”).
8. The Prize is valued at $1677. Any change in the value of the Prize occurring between the publishing of these Conditions and the date the Prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter or the Supplier.
9. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable to any other person.
10. Collection/distribution of the Prize will be arranged by telephone with the winner.
11. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
14. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
15. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.

SUMMER DISCOVERY TOURS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3. Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 6 years old. Entrants under 18 years of age require their parent or guardian’s consent. . Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agencies of this promotion and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. Adult supervision for prize winners under the age of 18 may be required.
4. The competition commences at 9am on 2 December 2011 and will close at 5.30pm on 29 February 2012.
5. You may only enter the competition once. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete or automated entries. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the form with their contact details (and consent of parent/guardian if applicable) and tell us in 50 words or less what their favourite part of the tour was. By entering this competition, the entrant (their parent or guardian as applicable) gives their consent for their entry to be published and used for the promotional purposes of the Promoter. Published best entries will only be identified using the child’s first name, age and suburb/town/country of origin as applicable. Entrants (their parent or guardian as applicable) agree that any email details provided in the competition entry will be used to subscribe to Inhouse (Sydney Opera House’s mailing program). Should entrants (their parent or guardian as applicable) not wish to receive correspondence from Inhouse, they can opt out by following the unsubscribe link provided with every communication.
7. The first valid entry drawn by the Promoter, will win the prize pack. The prize includes 4 x tickets to a Kids at the House show 2012 performance valued at $360, a $50 voucher from Berkoleow Books, a CD pack from Universal Music valued at $80 and a fun kids pack from the Sydney Opera House Gift Shop valued at $100.
8. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into
9. The winner will be notified by email and telephone and will be published on the Sydney Opera House website on 5 March 2012.
10. Tickets must be used on the date stipulated and are not redeemable for cash or transferable to any other person or transferable between dates or times. Vouchers are also not redeemable for cash.

Prizes will be sent via standard post or, if the performance is within 10 days from the close of the competition, tickets will be held for collection at the Sydney Opera House Box Office under the winner’s name. Tickets must be collected from the Box Office no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance. Any ticket not collected 30 minutes prior to the performance will be released for sale.

BABIES PROMS 30TH BIRTHDAY CARD COMPETITION - SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry is open to children aged 8 and below who are residents of Australia. Adult supervision for the prize winner is required.
4. The competition commences on Monday 2 May 2011 and will close at 5:00pm on Thursday 30 June 2011
5. Each child can have unlimited entries into the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries it deems distasteful.
6. To enter the competition, participants must use their own materials to design the cover of a birthday card celebrateing the 30th birthday of Babies Proms at Sydney Opera House. 7. The winning entry will be determined by an external judge/judging panel, appointed by Sydney Opera House.

• 2012 Babies Proms season family pass, including 4 (four) complimentary tickets to each Sydney Opera House Babies Proms performance in 2012. (Exact performances and dates are to be confirmed between Sydney Opera House and the prize winner’s guardian/s in January 2012).
