Head Chef, Leena D’Onofrio
Small in size, big in heart. Leena, the head chef at Opera Bar brings zest and ambition to her kitchen team of 30. “In my kitchen I’m determined to keep moving, keep creating and stay inspired. It makes my day seeing new people come down and discover the great food and wine at Opera Bar – with the best views in the world.”. Leena’s culinary innovations have helped make Opera Bar one of Sydney’s premier dining destinations.
Drinks
Opera Bar offers an impressive selection of drinks to delight any palate. Sample a few of the 40 wines available by the glass or choose from a range of local and international boutique beers. Opera Bar even offers its very own exclusively brewed beers - ‘Opera Bar Organic Pale Ale’ or ‘Opera Bar Organic Blonde’. The cocktail list too is deliciously inventive and any visit to Opera Bar is not complete without sampling their signature cocktails ‘Dirty Carpet Disco’ and ‘Buds and Bubbles’.
Opera Bar is open seven days a week from 11.30am to Midnight, Sunday to Thursday and 11.30am to 1am Friday and Saturday.
