ARIA Catering was launched in November 2010 by Matt Moran and Peter Sullivan, offering off–site event catering in locations in and around Sydney. In May 2012 ARIA Catering became the resident caterer at Sydney Opera House.
With menus created by Matt Moran and executed by Simon Sandall coupled with seamless service and professional management ARIA Catering creates truly memorable events and experiences.

From the intimate Utzon Room, the stunning Theatre Foyers to the breath taking Opera Point Marquee this iconic venue offers a collection of unique spaces to suit every event and occasion.
We are able to provide full event management, working with professional suppliers to provide everything you will need for your event from theming, entertainment, florals and AV and staging.
