, along with highly anticipated new works by some of the most talented choreographers from across the globe. Alexei Ratmansky, Wayne McGregor and Nacho Duato deliver a sophisticated dance experience that fuses classical with contemporary in the electrifying triple bill of
Concord
, while Australia’s Graeme Murphy premieres a brand-new Firebird
to feature alongside Mikhail Fokine’s best known works, Petrouchka and Les Sylphides, in a spellbinding Ballet Russes programme

Company Overview
Founded in 1962, The Australian Ballet is one of Australia’s flagship arts companies, and for over four decades has been the defining face of ballet in Australia. One of the busiest ballet companies in the world, the company annually presents approximately 200 performances in cities and regional areas around Australia, in addition to their regular international touring. Each year, it performs works from the classical repertoire as well as contemporary works by major Australian and international choreographers, and new commissions that explore the development and future of this dynamic art form.
