The Sydney Opera House Accessibility and Western Foyers work includes the refurbishment of the Western Foyers, a new large passenger lift and two escalators. The construction program is staged to suit the operations at Sydney Opera House and involves complex planning and sequencing of work. This is the largest contract undertaken at the House since Jørn Utzon’s re-engagement in 1999. The work is due for completion in 2009.
