Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Attendance of the event is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Another company may be presenting the performance and this ticket is subject to any conditions for that activity and/o the venue. 2.Refunds for performance tickets are payable on in accordance with the Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia. Exchanges for performance tickets, or the replacement of lost, stolen or missing tickets may be permitted under certain conditions and fees may apply. Tickets for a cancelled guided tour may be refunded or transferred to another tour. 3.The right of admission is reserved by the management. Latecomers will not be able to join a tour and will only be admitted to a performance during a suitable break which could be the first interval (if an interval is scheduled for the applicable performance). 4. Venue access and the route for guided tours are subject to venue availability and rehearsal schedules. Ticket holders must remain with the tour guide and follow instruction. There are 200 to 300 stairs on a tour and flat, rubber soled shows should be worn. 5. Advertised programs or tours may be varied without notice. Artists may be added, withdrawn or substituted for performances and the right to vary prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity is reserved. 6. Any bag or item larger than A4 must be cloaked and may be inspected. 7. Camera, video and audio recorders may not be used inside Sydney Opera House, unless expressly authorised. Sydney Opera House reserves the right to broadcast or telecast any event. No food or drink is allowed inside a venue. 8. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk. Sydney Opera House will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from a pre-existing medical condition or due to a breach of these conditions. 9. This ticket may not, without the prior written consent of Sydney Opera House, be resold for commercial packages or at a premium, nor may it be packaged or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
