MEET GUILLAUME BRAHIMI

Celebrating his tenth year at Bennelong restaurant and a lifetime career of exquisite modern cuisine. 

“I have always said that I am lucky to have my restaurant at the Opera House. It is one of the most incredible and recognised buildings in the world.” 

I like to celebrate great Australian produce, but it definitely has a French influence. We have a lot of very passionate staff who consistently endeavour to reach perfection.”
