BOOKING PACKAGES
ON ARRIVAL

HOW TO BOOK

BOOKING TOURS

Now you have registered:

1. Click here to visit the Tours section of the website to view our available online product range 
2. If you already know which product you wish to book, click here to visit the quick bookings section
3. Once you have made a booking a confirmation will automatically be sent to you. 
4. Check the confirmation carefully and advise immediately of any discrepancies between the confirmation and your booking request by contacting our Tourism Reservations Team. Include the order number on all correspondence.

BOOKING PACKAGES

Please contact our Tourism Reservations Team to make an Experience or Package booking. Click here for information on Experiences and Packages.

Please provide the following information in your booking request:

• Name of Product
• The date and performance
• Seat allocation, (required for some packages or a standard or Opera upgrade)
• Restaurant choice, Aria Restaurant or Guillaume at Bennelong (required for the Red Carpet package)
• The Sydney Opera House tour, The Backstage Tour (required for Sky & Sails package)
• Your company details
• Your booking reference/Tour code
• Pax or Group name
• Number of pax, including Tour Leaders / Escorts.

Please let us know of additional information that we should be aware of e.g. Mobility limitations or dietary requirements.

Booking Confirmation:
A confirmation will be sent to you. Check this carefully and advise immediately of any discrepancies between the confirmation and your booking request. Include the order number on all correspondence.

Final confirmation and payment:
Ensure Tourism Reservations receives final confirmation and payment by the due date. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for FOC and Cancellation policy.

ON ARRIVAL

FIT & Group Check-in
FIT and tour leaders will be required to go to the Guided Tours Desk, located in the Box Office Foyer to check in for tours. 

Tour Meeting Point
The Sydney Opera House Tour and Asian Language Tours will depart from the Lower ground level outside the Sydney Opera House shop. Tour leaders are to ensure all groups check in any items to be cloaked. 

Cloaking

While on a tour, all bags larger than an A4 size will need to be cloaked (at the guide’s discretion). A complimentary, secure cloaking room is located at the tour meeting point. Tour leaders are to ensure all groups check in any items before the tour departs, such as backpacks and large carry bags. 

Cameras

Photographs are allowed on the tour. The tour guide will advise when photographs can be taken.
