Terms and conditions for Family Value Packs
- Free ticket exchange:We understand that plans can change. Family Value Pack holders are entitled to one free exchange per season pass. Note: exchanges can only be made for a different time or date of the performance season.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Offer available by phone or in person, not available online
- Exchanges are not transferable to different performances. Any subsequent exchanges are $5.00 per ticket, per exchange.
- Tickets must be purchased by the same customer, in the same transaction to receive the discount
- Tickets to additional productions may be purchased at a discount price for eligible performances. Patrons must mention this at the time of purchasing
- Additional tickets to a production already purchased within the offer are charged at full price, unless comprising part of an additional value pack
- Discount will not be applied to the ticket/s previously purchased
- No refunds except as outlined in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice
- Offer is limited and may be withdrawn without notice. Buy early to avoid disappointment
- Offer can only be applied to tickets purchased to separate performances (does not apply to multiple tickets for the one show/production)"

- A transaction fee of $5-$8.50 applies to all bookings

Babes in Arms: Sydney Opera House aims to encourage access for younger audiences to the performing arts. Children 0-23 months may enter this performance free of charge, without a ticket if seated upon parent or guardian’s lap. Children aged 2 years and over at the time of performance must hold a valid ticket to all performances.
For events which offer concession pricing, if you purchase concession tickets, please ensure you have your Proof of Concession with you when you attend an event.
