Description

Suitable for children 7+

Sydney Opera House is proud to present the renowned Sydney Youth Orchestra in this perplexing orchestral whodunit.

Meet the orchestra, solve the mystery, and laugh until you cry in this cutting-edge introduction to the classical music.

Our detective will interrogate the entire orchestra, establishing their whereabouts at the time of the crime. Starting with the strings and working all the way to percussion, the detective finds sound alibis and dead ends down every sonic avenue.  Commissioned by the San Francisco Symphony  in 2006, composed by Nathaniel Stookey and written by bestselling author Lemony Snicket, this murder mystery is sure to keep young music fans enthralled.

One thing's for sure-no one leaves the Concert Hall until this mystery is solved.
