Do you listen with your ears? Of course! But you also listen with your heart, your life experience, your body and your mind. And in this concert David Robertson wants to give us a window into what he calls 'listening with the whole self'.

In this unique and stimulating concert we'll go from art to brain science and back again, fine-tuning our senses with music drawn from the vast riches of the orchestral repertoire. Some of what you hear will be famous, some might be new to you. But every piece will be a musical treasure that will have the power to shake your emotions, to make you listen and make you feel.
