Hello, thank you, goodbye. Knowing even the most basic words in a new language expands our understanding of the world and our ability to connect. Auslan - Australian Sign Language - is the fascinating language that relies entirely on visual communication. This year at Antidote, we have the privilege of learning Auslan from The Deaf Society. In this fun and interactive workshop, an Auslan teacher will lay down the basics of greeting and communicating in the language that emphasises facial expression, body language and movement. Join this brilliant, free opportunity to up your language skills and make the world more inclusive for our friends in the deaf and hearing-impaired community.
