Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied at all times. Children aged 0-23 months at the time of a performance may be seated on a parent’s lap free of charge.  All children occupying a seat or aged 2 year/s of age or older must hold a valid ticket.

Wheelchair positions;
The Concert Hall wheelchair positions are in a flat area and those seated there may experience sightline restrictions of varying levels.  These could be due to the placement of staging props, platforms for instrumental musicians (especially for orchestral performances) and for events like contemporary music, audiences may stand and dance.  We request patrons seated in front of wheelchair spaces remain seated throughout, however our ability to manage this may be limited and an unrestricted view of the stage and all performance elements cannot be guaranteed.  If you experience discomfort during performances, please approach a Front of House representative to discuss your concerns.
