Rebecca Huntley
Rebecca Huntley is one of Australia's foremost researchers on social trends. She holds degrees in law and film studies and a PhD in gender studies. She is the author of numerous books, and was a feature writer for Australian Vogue, a columnist for BRW and the presenter of Drive on a Friday on Radio National. Rebecca currently provides research counsel to Essential, an integrated research and communications agency in Australia and New Zealand.
Vanessa Paterson
Vanessa Paterson is the Advice and Reporting Executive Manager at the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. Vanessa has worked in key roles in the Agency since 2001 and was integrally involved in the reforms of the Agency and its underlying Act. Her team continues to play an important role in implementing the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. Prior to working at the Agency, Vanessa worked in a range of senior roles in the private sector. Vanessa has a Bachelor of Science majoring in psychology, particularly focusing on organisational psychology and neuro-psychology, areas about which she remains passionate.
Melinda Howes
Melinda is an actuary whose career in financial services has spanned policy, strategy, consulting, product and sales work in superannuation, wealth management, insurance and not for profit entities. In late 2014 Melinda Howes commenced the role General Manager of Superannuation at BT Financial Group. Until June 2014 she was the Director of Product Strategy and Services for AMP's Insurance and Superannuation business.
