All tickets are General Admission - Unreserved Seating. Unreserved Seating means seating positions will be available on a first in basis - these seats are not reserved.

Auslan interpretation service is provided for audiences who are deaf and use Australian Sign Language (Auslan). Experienced Auslan interpreters stand to the side of the stage and translate what the speakers are saying into Auslan. A block of seats is reserved for users of this service to ensure a good view of the interpreter and the stage. If you wish to be seated in this area for this performance, please choose Auslan seats when booking.

Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied at all times.  Children aged 0-23 months  at the time of a performance may be seated on a parent’s lap free of charge.  All children occupying a seat or aged 2 years of age or older must hold a valid ticket.

You can catch public transport (bus, train, ferry) to Circular Quay and enjoy a 6 min walk to the Opera House. If you’re getting dropped off in a car head to the roundabout at the bottom Macquarie Street where staff will direct you to a safe place to pull over.

By purchasing 3 or more tickets to different All About Women sessions, you qualify for a Multipack which entitles you to a discount. It’s also the best way to attend the festival, in our humble opinion.

Yes, most of all about women will be recorded and then made available in the following weeks on the Ideas at the House YouTube or iTunes channels.

The festival also live streams sessions to venues across Australia as part of its Satellite Program.

Refunds for performance tickets are payable in accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice - Consumer Code. Exchanges for performance tickets or the replacement of lost, stolen or missing tickets may be permitted under certain conditions and fees may apply.

So long as you’re wearing shoes and a shirt, whatever you like. We’re pretty informal here at the Opera House.

Yes you can. There will be a bookstore in the Western Foyer on Sunday 8 March, and many speakers often sign books immediately after their sessions.
