Dark, provocative, intense...
In the Australian premiere of Love Chapter 2, L-E-V pushes romantic turmoil to raw and anguishing extremes to create a dark, provocative work examining the breakdown of love.
“I'm a living, loving, functioning being broken into crumbs of love, giving myself to the blast... Now that there are no limits we are dangerous to ourselves... This creation holds just enough to sustain us alive, dreaming in our blind body. This creation is a reason to cry.” Sharon Eyal, creator.
With gripping choreography and kinetic minimalist style, L-E-V Dance Company's Love Cycle is formed of two complementary but standalone shows, OCD Love and Love Chapter 2.
