About the teacher
Crawf Weir
Crawf’s classes are a unique blend of strength and softness, both challenging and fun. He believes anybody can do yoga; young or old, weak or strong. The secret is to listen to your body and to be present to the experience.
He first tried yoga after struggling with chronic back pain for several years. Having already tried every kind of therapy, he decided to go to a yoga class. Little did he know, yoga was about to completely change his life. After two years of daily yoga practice, his back pain disappeared, he was 15 kilos lighter, and far happier. He went on to quit his corporate job and become a yoga teacher. He has trained with many of the World’s leading teachers, like Bryan Kest, Maty Ezraty, Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley.
Crawf has been teaching for over 10 years and taught thousands of classes and students in this time. He is is also the founder of Barefoot Yoga Studio in Sydney. The purpose of Crawf’s teaching is to help people heal their bodies and free their minds, so their lives become more authentic and more enjoyable.
