Masks are a must
To help keep everyone safe, the venue has asked that you wear a mask as a mandatory requirement of entry and during the performance. The Sydney Symphony Orchestra will have masks available from the Front of House team at the venue, should you need one.
As a condition of entry, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and venue partners may require you to provide proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination, to any or all 2022 concert performances. If required, we may ask you to wear a mask upon entering the performance venue.
Getting to your seat
To help you find the right entrance at Sydney Town Hall, the Sydney Symphony have included a coloured zone on your ticket for easy reference. Follow the signs or ask one of the Front of House team to assist you.
On arrival, please check-in using the Service NSW app by scanning the QR code displayed at each entrance to the Sydney Town Hall. We encourage you to download the Service NSW app before you arrive for a quick and easy entry.
Box Office, Cloakroom & Bar
The Sydney Symphony are being careful not to handle anything we don’t absolutely need to. This means we’re sending out e-tickets, and ticket collection at the Box Office will be limited. The front of House team will scan your ticket and direct you to your seat.
The Sydney Symphony Box Office will be open at each performance to help you with any questions or issues. We’ve had to close our cloakroom for the current time, so we encourage you to leave bigger items at home.
Leaving the venue
To manage the flow of people while exiting, you’ll be asked to remain in your seat at the end of the performance until you are asked to depart.
