At the start of 2017 Sydney Opera House ran a competition for secondary school students in NSW to submit ideas to be made into short films. The three winners, Zack Lewin, Anna de Lange and Mollie Burton, were choosen by a panel of industry judges. The winners were assigned professional mentors invited to attended a series of filmmaking masterclasses and given a budget to realise their creative vision.
The gallery below shows some highlights from a recent masterclass and the filming of Signs of Friendship a short film by Mollie Burton.
