The Visitor Experience portfolio exists to increase the connection and level of service provided to visitors across the Opera House precinct. It encompasses the areas of tours, food and beverage, ticketing, visitor services, retail and licensing, and accessibility.
The Visitor Experience portfolio is playing an important role in creating new experiences to engage with our almost 11 million visitors during the temporary closure of the venue. This includes developing a new immersive digital tours experience that will use the latest technology to bring to life the art and performances that take place on its famous stage.
