Public Interest Disclosures Policy
The Sydney Opera House is committed to promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behaviour by encouraging and supporting staff who come forward with disclosures relating to corrupt conduct, maladministration, serious and substantial waste of public money or government information contravention within the Opera House.
In accordance with the Public Disclosures Act 1994 (PID Act), Sydney Opera House is committed to ensuring staff who disclose information are able to do so without fear of personal loss or harassment.
This Policy manages any disclosures in accordance with the PID Act.
