Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex to visit the Sydney Opera House

As part of Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex official visit to Australia they will visit the Sydney Opera House, late morning of Tuesday 16th October for their first public walk in Sydney. There will be a designated public viewing area along the Western Broadwalk of the Sydney Opera House where the public can catch a glimpse of the couple. 

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be escorted by NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian as they walk along the Sydney Opera House Western Broadwalk.

The Sydney Opera House precinct will be closed from 7.00am until 8.00am on Tuesday 16th October. During this time there will be no access to the Sydney Opera House precinct. Members of the public will be admitted onto the site and into the viewing area from approximately 8.00am.

As there will be significant site closures leading up to and during the visit and large crowds expected, we ask for your patience and to allow extra travel time.

Access to the general public viewing area will be closed once it reaches capacity.
