Bringing his signature flair and bold flavours to Vivid Sydney, Opera House Events Executive Chef, Jimmy Ryu presents K-Town Bites. Inspired by Seoul’s bustling street markets, Jimmy delivers crispy, spicy, and irresistibly sticky Korean favourites—perfect for sharing under the Vivid Sydney lights.
