Escorted by your own personal Sydney Opera House guide from Stage Door, begin with a cocktail making class at Opera Bar learning to create one of their signature cocktails, while enjoying fresh seafood and charcuterie from the Matt Moran influenced RAW bar and Meat & Cheese Room. Following this, you will head to Opera Kitchen for a Japanese masterclass, learning all the tricks of the trade from one of their talented chefs. Lunch will then be served at Portside Sydney, where their knowledgeable head Chef will take you through the inspiration behind hatted chef, Lauren Murdoch’s menu. Finish your day at Bennelong restaurant, enjoying a delicious Peter Gilmore signature dessert and theatrical cocktail to accompany.
