Meet the cast
Born in France, David Danzon emigrated to Canada in 1985. He graduated from the York University Acting program in 1992 and has been acting professionally in TV, Film, Theatre and Dance ever since. After writing and starring in several children TV series for Tfo and for Treehouse TV, and performing in numerous stage productions, David Danzon co-founded CORPUS in 1997 and has dedicated his creative energy to the company for the past 29 years. He won a Gold medal for Canada in 2001 at the IV Games of la Francophonie in the street theatre competition.
Gibum Dante Lim is an actor, mover and theatre maker. He has performed with CORPUS in Transhumance, The Alpine Merry Sheep Choir. and Camping Royale. He was a part of the creative ensemble for Last Landscape, directed by Adam Paolozza, which received numerous Dora Award nominations, including Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble. Currently, he is a member of the creative ensemble for Suzanne Liska’s Tea with Mara, set to be presented at Citadel + Compagnie in Toronto.
Robert Feetham (he/him) is a Dora award-winning actor, comedian, clown and mime. In 2022 he performed in the 5-time Dora-winning production of Italian Mime Suicide (Bad New Days/ The Theatre Centre). Since 2013, he has toured 16 countries with CORPUS. He is one half of the comedy duo Tasty Sandwich and is a part of an ongoing international theatre for young audiences’ project with artists from 11 different countries called the Childhood Project (Unga Klara). Rob has a one-man mime adaptation of Jules Verne's classic Journey to the Centre of the Earth.
Macayla Paris is a multi-disciplinary artist with dreams of collaborating with artists in theatre, music, dance and visual art. Macayla wants to develop compelling work that builds the connection and harmony between art forms and relationships that we have with one another. Most recently, Macayla toured with CORPUS in Divine Interventions, Les moutons and Camping Royale. Other works include performing as Texas (KitKat player) in Ovation Production's Cabaret, movement direct Unit 6’s 5 Lesbians Eating A Quiche, and Dandelion Theatre’s A Winter’s Tale.
Takako Segawa is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, theatre performer and director specializing in Japanese dance arts. Born in Japan, she trained extensively in traditional Japanese arts and contemporary movement before graduating from the London Contemporary Dance School.
With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Takako has performed across Europe, Asia and North America. Her work has received critical recognition, including nominations for the Dora Mavor Moore Award for Outstanding Female Performance in 2015, as well as for Ensemble with Canadian Stage (Universal Child Care, 2023) and CORPUS (Mukashi Mukashi, 2025). She has also been honoured with awards from the All Japan Kobe Dance Festival and the Stuttgart SoloTanz Festival.
Originally from Mexico City, Carla Soto’s main dance training was at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre, l’École Supèrieure de Danse du Quebec (Montreal) and at La Academia de la Danza Mexicana in Mexico City.
Since 2001, Carla has been dancing for several contemporary and Indigenous Dance Choreographers such as: Tanya Lukin-Linklater, Santee Smith (Kaha:wi Dance Theatre), Penny Couchie and Alejandro Ronceria (Co-producers of Earth in Motion World Indigenous Dance company), Rulan Tangen as well with Aurelie Pedron (Montreal) and Ilotopie Theatre Company (France).
Carla joined CORPUS in 2002 and is honored to have been part of the very first cast of “Les moutons”, her being the black sheep!

Our foyers will be open 90 minutes pre-show for Concert Hall and Joan Sutherland Theatre performances, and two hours pre-show for Western Foyer venue performances. Refreshments will be available for purchase from our theatre bars.
All Sydney Opera House foyers are pram accessible, with lifts to the main and western foyers. The public lift to all foyers is accessible from the corridor near the escalators on the Lower Concourse and also in the Western Foyer via the corridor on the Ground Level (at the top of the escalators). Pram parking will be available outside the theatres in the Western Foyer.

The Sydney Opera House Car Park, operated by Wilson Parking, is open and available to use. Wilson Parking offer discounted parking if you book ahead. Please see the Wilson Parking website for details.
Please check the Transport NSW website for the latest advice and information on travel. You can catch public transport (bus, train, ferry) to Circular Quay and enjoy a 7-10 minute walk to the Opera House.
Frequently asked questions
Ticket purchases and collection at our Box Office is discouraged and eTicket or postal delivery methods should be used, wherever possible. However, if you are collecting your tickets from the Box Office, we recommend doing this at least 60 minutes before the event starts. If you have already received your tickets, the venue doors will be open 45 minutes pre-show for Joan Sutherland Theatre performances, and 30 minutes pre-show for Western Foyer venue performances. Please take your seats as soon as you arrive.
If you are late, we will seat you as soon as we can and, where possible, in your allocated seat. However, to reduce movement in the venue as well as minimise disruption to the performance and other patrons, ticketholders may be seated in an allocated latecomer’s seat. Please be aware that some events have lock-out periods. In these cases, latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance. On occasions, this may not be until the interval, or at all where there is no interval.

In accordance with our venue security procedures, Opera House security will be scanning and checking bags under the Monumental Stairs, prior to entering the building. Bags will be scanned by an x-ray machine, and staff will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling your belongings, such as gloves. Cloaking facilities will be open 60 minutes pre-show for Concert Hall and Joan Sutherland Theatre performances, and 60 minutes pre-show for Western Foyer venue performances. However it is strongly encouraged that you travel lightly to minimise contact and queuing. Any bags larger than an A4 piece of paper will need to be checked into the Cloak Room.
