Bennelong
Indulge in a culinary experience like no other at Bennelong, Sydney Opera House's award-winning fine-dining restaurant. Open seven days a week for dinner reservations, and lunch reservations Friday to Sunday. The Bennelong Bar is also now accepting reservations, with space held for walk-ins.
House Canteen
House Canteen is currently undergoing an exciting refresh and renovation. It will reopen in June 2026 with a new look and new offering. While it is closed, our other on site restaurants and bars will be operating as normal, including Opera Bar located next door, offering its signature menus and spectacular harbour views.

Multi award-winning Midden by Mark Olive showcases contemporary Australian cuisine infused with native ingredients and Indigenous storytelling. Located on the Sydney Opera House promenade, Midden offers a uniquely Australian dining experience with spectacular harbour views, seasonal menus and warm hospitality celebrating Country, culture and connection.
Opera Bar
A reflection of Sydney in all its colour and vibrancy, Opera Bar is a space to showcase people, produce and artists. The menus celebrate the city's diverse food culture, offering an opportunity to taste the soul of Sydney. With live entertainment setting the stage daily, Opera Bar is where you mark life's moments and make every day epic. Open Sunday to Thursday 11am to late. Friday and Saturday 11am to 12am.
The Lounge
The Lounge is a place for visitors to relax, eat, drink and learn more about the Opera House, its Resident Companies and our Renewal projects. Open two hours prior to the start of performances held in the Concert Hall and Joan Sutherland Theatre.
