Embrace your inner bartender at Opera Bar
Escorted by your own personal Sydney Opera House guide from Stage Door, start your journey with a cocktail-making class hosted by one of Opera Bar's master mixologists. Learn to craft a House favourite, the Sydney Sling, and then take a moment to enjoy your creation over a fresh seafood tasting plate – courtesy of their in-house Raw Bar.

Get hands on at House Canteen
Make your way to Sydney's new all-day, canteen inspired dining venue for dumplings and beer. Then learn something new and enjoy an open air chef-led class on how to master a poke bowl. The best part? You get to eat it afterwards.

Settle in for a leisurely lunch at Portside Sydney
Portside Sydney will dish up slow cooked beef cheek served with green papaya salad, paired with greens and matching wine from NSW. We can't think of a better spot for lunch with some of the Sydney's best harbourside views.

Come behind the scenes between courses
Entering through Stage Door, you will be led through backstage spaces and onto the Boardroom balcony, where you will be served Prosecco and Archie Rose gin, with a mandarin/citrus sorbet palate cleanser and a sweet macaroon as you enjoy the uninterrupted views of Sydney Harbour.

Indulge in dessert and jazz at Bennelong
Last stop is under the sails at Bennelong Restaurant for a signature dessert by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore. To celebrate Sydney Opera House's 50th anniversary, indulge in the Bennelong Pavlova, a decadent dessert in the shape of Sydney Opera House.
This indulgent dessert is paired with the Bennelong Martini and music performed by Australian jazz musicians as part of the Bennelong Presents Sunday Jazz series. Fancy a last drink? You’re welcome to purchase as you go.
