Embrace your inner bartender at Opera Bar

Learn to craft a House favourite, the Sydney Sling. The DIY fun doesn't stop there with make your own ceviche up next, before taking the time to enjoy your creations.
Get hands on at House Canteen
Make your way to Sydney's all-day, canteen inspired dining venue for dumplings and wine. Then learn something new and enjoy an open air chef-led class on how to master hand-rolled sushi. The best part? You get to eat it afterwards.
Settle in for a leisurely lunch at Midden by Mark Olive
Midden by Mark Olive, our newest venue with an Indigenous Australian inspired menu, will dish up a native rubbed kangaroo fillet with a range of sides, paired with matching wine. We can't think of a better spot for lunch with some of the Sydney's best harbourside views.
Come behind the scenes between courses
Entering through Stage Door, you will be led through backstage spaces and onto the Boardroom balcony, where you will be served macaroons and Sgroppino, a citrus sorbet palate cleanser with Archie Rose gin and Prosecco as you enjoy the uninterrupted views of Sydney Harbour.
Indulge in dessert Bennelong
Last stop is under the sails at Bennelong Restaurant for a signature dessert by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore. Indulge in the iconic Chocolate Crackle, a decadent dessert reminiscent of childhood.
