Winnie’s is Applejack Hospitality’s new all-day dining destination located on the Lower Concourse beneath the Sydney Opera House sails. Inspired by Winifred Atwell, the first woman to perform at the Opera House, Winnie’s offers a dedicated coffee program, pastries, seafood-driven share plates and an all-Australian wine and cocktail list, with 330 seats overlooking Sydney Harbour from morning coffee to sunset drinks.
