Celebrate the music of one of the world’s best-selling music artists of all time and the undisputed Queen of Disco, Donna Summer.

Who better to lead this dazzling tribute to a 20th-century icon than the legendary Marcia Hines, joined by the incredible vocal powerhouse, Casey Donovan?

Donna Summer sold over 100 million albums, won five Grammy Awards and had 32 chart singles in the Billboard Top 100, including 14 top ten and four number-one singles. 

Join Marcia Hines and special guest Casey Donovan for an evening of putting the Concert Hall acoustics to good use as they bust out the classics; Hot Stuff, Bad Girls, I Feel Love, Love to Love You Baby, She Works Hard for the Money, This Time I know it’s for Real and many more. Accompanying them, a nine-piece band on stage led by musical director and drummer, Joe Accaria.

This will be a celebration of the life and music of one of the world’s best-selling music artists of all time and the undisputed Queen of Disco.

Getting to the venue

The Opera House is a 7-10 minute walk from Circular Quay, and is easily accessible by car, train, ferry, lightrail, bus, bike and on foot.

Location and access

Concert Hall

The Concert Hall is located beneath the largest of Sydney Opera House’s roof sails, filling the upper levels of the west side of the building. Best accessed through the covered concourse. 

All Sydney Opera House foyers are accessible, with lifts to the main and western foyers. The public lift to all foyers is accessible from the corridor near the escalators on the Lower Concourse and also in the Western Foyer via the corridor on the Ground Level (at the top of the escalators).
