Grumble Boogie

Grumble Boogie is an aerobic dance class led by performance artist Betty Grumble. An hour-long dance meditation, heart pump and exercise in “Thank You Body”. Grumble Boogie is a place to be with our bodies, in joy, in playfulness, warmth and possibility. Grumble Boogie is an open platform class, all levels of movement welcome.
