Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg will travel to Australia together for the first time in 25 years for the Australian premiere of the concert spectacular Do You Hear The People Sing?. The Sydney Opera House today announced that three-piece Texan band Khruangbin will perform in the Concert Hall on 27 November, bringing their bass-heavy sound of psychedelic grooves and surf-rock cool to the world-famous venue for the very first time. Khruangbin, which translates to airplane or "Engine Fly" in Thai, will make its thrilling and long-awaited Opera House debut on stage in the renewed Concert Hall, after the venue reopens in mid-2022 following two years of extensive upgrades.
