Our goal at the Sydney Opera House is to provide barrier-free access, making the site, building and the experiences they offer accessible to all people. We provide a range of access services, performances and dedicated programs for people with disabilities.

There are a number of wheelchair and companion seating locations in all theatres. To book accessible seating, call the Box Office on 61 2 9250 7777 or email bookings@sydneyoperahouse.com.
Patrons holding a Companion Card can call the priority line 61 2 9250 7752.
Patrons who are deaf can call (at no cost) the National Relay Service;

- Speak and listen (speech-to-speech relay) users phone 1300 555 727
- Internet relay users connect to the Nation Relay Service
Auslan Interpreted and Captioned performances have allocated seating in the venue with the best visibility. These can be booked on the web by selecting the Auslan or Caption price type.
