This long weekend we’re celebrating all things rosé with our Rosé All Day Festival!

Opera Bar will become rosé heaven with frosé, rosé cocktails, still and sparkling flowing all weekend long. So no matter how you rosé, we’ve got you covered. And we’ll be serving oyster and cheese food pairings to satisfy your appetite.

The festival kicks off on Friday 29th September at 3:00pm and runs through Monday 2nd October. Tickets are $35 (including booking fee) and includes entry plus 3 rosé drinks of your choice. Tickets are valid for all 4 days of the festival.

Celebrating Australia’s coastline at Bennelong

Join Executive Chef Peter Gilmore and Head Chef Rob Cockerill for a Saturday lunch celebrating the Australian Coastline. The four-course, beverage-matched lunch will feature some of Australia’s most unique seafood and native greens including the Coffin Bay fan shell razor clam exclusively served at Quay, Mooloolaba Yellow fin tuna and line-caught Northern Territory Red Emperor with coastal greens.

“Bennelong is all about the provenance of the food we are serving,” says both chefs. “The menu is very much crafted in partnership with the farmers, fishermen, breeders and providores with whom our chefs work every day. There is so much incredible food along our coastline that is native to Australia, it’s important to celebrate that and the people who bring it to us."

Melbourne Cup Day

Take to Sydney’s most iconic waterside setting for an elegant, all-Australian Melbourne Cup affair. Guests will be treated to a glass of Charles Heidsieck Champagne on arrival, followed up with a three-course lunch menu designed by Executive chef Peter Gilmore and Head Chef Rob Cockerill, harnessing the best of local produce. As the races play out live on plasma screens, sweeps, lucky door prizes and “fashions off the field” will run overlooking the stunning harbour.
