Bennelong & Magill Estate Dinner

Join Bennelong in The Circle for a special dinner with award winning chef Scott Huggins from the Penfolds restaurant in Adelaide, Magill Estate, and Bennelong's very own Head Chef, Rob Cockerill. 

The intimate dinner on Monday 27 August will feature snacks and a five course menu by Scott and Rob, matched with magnums of some of Penfolds finest wines.

First course – Potted salmon and blue swimmer crab with oat crackers, duck liver and pistachio parfait, beetroot relish toast, lobster brioche rolls, jamon & grisini sticks.
Second course – Beef brisket bacon and mushroom pithiviers, crispy Korean chicken slider, smoked cod brandade with gribiche, tempura prawns with wasabi mayo.
Third course – Selection of Australian cheeses, condiments, biscuits & sweet things.
