Krug X Sausage Roll at Bennelong

This June, Bennelong will showcase their take on a nostalgic pairing. Bennelong’s Suckling Pig Sausage Roll will be available with a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée at the Cured & Cultured Bar from June until August for $110.

The Bennelong Suckling Pig Sausage Roll with black garlic is, like Krug, the ultimate expression of its genre. Created by Peter Gilmore when the restaurant first opened, the dish has subsequently developed a cult following.
