As a last resort, you may need to make a formal access application to request specific information. If you wish to lodge a formal application, please request an application form. The Government Information Public Access Act 2009 (GIPA Act) outlines the public’s rights to information and encourages government agencies to proactively release government information. It requires the Sydney Opera House to make certain government information publicly available.
