To commemorate the launch of her long-awaited third album, Like Plasticine, award-winning singer-songwriter Gordi will perform an intimate show in the Sydney Opera House Playhouse, showcasing her transformative new music alongside a collection of audience favourites.

Since emerging onto the music scene with her debut 2016 EP, Clever Disguise, the artist born Sophie Payten has become one of Australia’s most impressive and best loved alt-folk attractions, releasing the acclaimed albums Reservoir (2017) and the ARIA- NS J-Award nominated Our Two Skins (2020), collaborating with the likes of Troye Sivan, Julien Baker and Bon Iver, and performing electrifying sets at the Sydney Opera House.

Gordi’s musical journey through self-discovery, sexuality and identity continues on the supple, shapeshifting Like Plasticine, a record that explores her life, death and the forces beyond our control, transforming her into music of resilience, intimacy and surprising beauty. Don’t miss her.
