WITCH (We Intend To Cause Havoc) 4 March 2024

The Zamrock pioneers still sound like the future.

If you like Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats, Ngozi Family, Amanz you’ll LOVE WITCH.

This year they released their first album in 12 years Zango, and are performing in Australia for the first time ever. Their Opera House performance will be the first in Aus! They pioneered the genre ‘Zamrock, exploding onto the post-colonial Zambian music scene in the 70s and igniting a movement.

Wilco 21 March 2024

Wilco remain startlingly brilliant alt-rock greats.

Wilco are returning to Australia for the first time in more than a decade with an ambitious new album, Cousin. They will also perform in intimate 360 in-the-round set-up, adding another layer of immersion.

This is Kidjo's first headline return in five years and the Concert Hall Foyers will be transformed into an African Bazaar before her performance to celebrate! This will feature live percussion workshops with the talented Lucky Lartey, stalls from Ki-Simba and The Social Outfit + an African-themed selfie wall and drinks.

Yussef Dayes 5 March 2024

One of this generation’s finest, Dayes’ set is a display of technical mastery.
