Plan ahead and allow extra travel time when arriving for an event or performance. Large crowds are expected and significant road closures will be in place.

The best way to enter the Opera House site is on foot via Macquarie Street. When the site reaches capacity and closes, pedestrian access will still be available for ticketholders via Macquarie Street.
