Sydney – Tuesday 9 February, 2021. Sexy, dark and disturbing, American Psycho - The Musical will be presented in the Sydney Opera House’s Playhouse from 3 - 27 June, 2021. Based on Bret Easton Ellis’ 1991 famed novel American Psycho and the 2000 film of the same name, American Psycho – The Musical is a chilling yet wickedly comedic insight into a society driven by capitalism, self-image and wealth. The production returns after a successful season at the Hayes Theatre Co. in 2019 that earned the musical nine Sydney Theatre Awards.
