Forecourt

Experience stunning harbour views and outdoor performances at Forecourt, one of Sydney Opera House’s iconic venues. The Forecourt offers the largest capacity of any Opera House venue and has hosted a number of large-scale concerts including Florence and the Machine and Crowded House as well as welcoming international icons such as Oprah.

Playhouse

A space for storytelling, this room in the Sydney Opera House often plays host to productions for younger audiences, dance and experimental theatrical experiences.

Drama Theatre

The Drama Theatre is one of our more intimate theatre venues located in the north-western corner of the Sydney Opera House. Home to Sydney Opera House Resident Companies, the Drama Theatre is rarely available for commercial hire.

Studio

Unique among Sydney Opera House's venues, the Studio is our most flexible venue – changing to meet the needs of its many diverse productions.

Concert Hall
