Celebrate tomorrow’s environmental leaders

On 18 November, DARWIN200 will host its "Conservation in Australia" showcase event at the iconic Sydney Opera House, celebrating the groundbreaking work of young environmentalists that have travelled from across the globe to work with many of Australia’s most inspiring conservation projects and leaders.

Each project will be showcased, covering a rainbow of Australia’s endangered wildlife, and each young environmentalist will give a presentation of their findings and debut a short film that delves deeper into their specific area of study, offering an intimate look at the challenges and triumphs of conservation in Australia.

The evening will also feature distinguished guest speakers: Chris Darwin (descendant of Charles Darwin), famed adventurer George Kourounis, and National Geographic Explorer Emma Camp.
