An evening with TM Krishna

Carnatic music today represents a vibrant bridge between ancient tradition and modern sensibility. Once the soulful expression of temple rituals and royal court gatherings—steeped in devotion, emotion, and individual artistry—it now finds new meaning in contemporary settings, inspiring audiences with its timeless essence.

Experience the transcendent artistry of Vidvan T.M. Krishna, one of India’s most celebrated Carnatic vocalists, joined by the violin maestro Vidvan R.K. Shriramkumar and the dynamic mridangam artist Vidvan Praveen Sparsh. This exceptional trio brings the classical tradition to life with their profound musical understanding and innovative interpretations in the intimate acoustics of the Utzon Room.

Presented by Karpahavalli & Shakti Classical Music Festival
