This prestigious event is the culmination of a year’s dedication and training, showcasing the best of the best from across Australia. 245 talented girls and women, aged 13 to 45, will take the stage to compete in dynamic routines across five dance genres, combining the athleticism of sport with the artistry of dance in the pursuit of the coveted title: National Grand Champion Girl.
Now in its 50th year at the Sydney Opera House, this much-loved annual tradition will captivate thousands in the audience as competitors first vie for the ultimate honour.

Physical Culture, or "Physie", is where dance meets discipline – and this is its night of nights. Don’t miss this inspiring celebration of determination, elegance and performance at one of the world’s most iconic venues.
